Application Process
- 1. Plan your Trip
- In your home, please decide the leaving day and the hotel, etc.

- 2. Contact to us
- When you decide the menus you want to apply, please read Terms & Conditions, fill out Application Form, and send it to us.
When you fill out the form, please let us know if the applicant’s name and the hotel check-in name were different. If the name was mistaken, you might not receive the reservation FAX that we send to your hotel on your arrival day. In addition, because of typing miss of e-mail address or limited e-mail receiving, sometimes we cannot send responses. If you do not mind, please write your phone number and FAX number.
≪Careful for Missing e-mail!≫
Recently, customers who use Free Account E-mail (Gmail、Hotmail、Yahoo!mail) made us notice that they cannot receive our responses. Such cases were often happened, and almost all the cases, our e-mails were in the junk E-mail box. Especially, for the customers who use Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo!mail, if you wouldn’t receive our e-mail over 3 days, please give us contact again. Thank you.
- 3. Application
- Right after you send a Contact Form, you will receive “automatic e-mail response.” After that, our e-mail assistant checks the booking and the charge according to your form and responds in 2 days. At that moment, we don’t book, yet. The customer decides to book after checking our response, and when the customer tells us “I want to book the menus on e-mail.”, we make the reservation. In addition, we ask the payment after you arrive at Bali for almost all menus, however, some menus such as Golf and Borobudur Remains Tour, etc. we ask to transfer payment before hand from your country. We tell you about it when we receive your application, so please understand it. Thank you.
- 4. Conformation
- After we complete making reservation, we send e-mail attached a Word fail, “Reservation Conformation Form.” When you receive this Reservation Conformation Form, your booking is completed. Conformation Form Sample
- 5. Leaving
- Finally, it’s time to leave to your trip! “Please have a safe flight, and enjoy your trip.”
- 6. Arrival
- On the day of your arrival, we send FAX about your reservation menus and our contacts to your hotel. Please check it. If the applicant’s name and the hotel check-in name were different, you might not be receive the FAX, so please make sure. FAX form Sample
- 7. Reserved Day
- In the morning of reserved day, staffs from HIRO-chan or the reserved company go to pick you up. Please wait at the hotel lobby. HIRO-chan Driver wears the black uniform and a guide wears cream-colored uniform with company logos. In case of pick-up from the reserved company, each company has the different uniform.
- 8. Payment
- For almost all the service, you are asked to pay on the reserved day. Please prepare the payment with the same amount of money as the charge. In Bali, you cannot use old issued US$. Please check about it. About the old issued US$
- 9. The Last Day
- Thank you very much for apply to HIRO-chan.
For the customer who applied to us, we offer “Introduce Present” ticket when you introduce HIRO-chan to your friends. The ticket has the privilege of HIRO-chan T-shirt and Sea Food Dinner, etc. 5 happy presents and you can use them next time visiting in Bali. It doesn’t have the validity, so please keep and use it!
