  • Cream and Lotion against MosquitoesCream and Lotion against Mosquitoes Rp.5,000-
    “Autan” is famous for mosquito prevention. They have noth cream (left) and lotion (right) types. It might be too strong for sensitive skins, so ^bring one from Japan if you have sensitive skins.
  • Aqua (mineral water)Aqua (mineral water) Rp.2,500-
    Water is necessary! It is important not to forget to drink water in a tropical island, Bali. “Aqua” is the most famous brand. Hotels usually offer mineral water service.
  • ShampooShampoo Rp.8,000-
    “Dove” is popular in Indonesia as well and has conditioner.
  • Wet TissueWet Tissue Rp.8,000-
    A compact wet tissue with a plastic case, It is useful to bring for sightseeing and going out. you can use it for meal time!

    it will be expensive to buy drinks at hotel, so we recommend buying it at supermarket. Some variations are available such as fruity (left) and green tea with sugar (right).

    Balinese Beer = Bingtang! It is lighter than Japanese ones. Another Balinese beer, Bali Hai Anker is popular, too. Don’t drink if you are under 20!!!

HIRO-CHAN” flag will be waiting for you at exist of the International flight or a lobby of the hotel. Let’s start your First Day Plan after our guide take over your heavy luggage! It is available as transportation from the airport to hotel. An airport taxi is available, but it is expensive and they will charge extra for the midnight use.
  2. Private Car with Air-ConditionningPrivate Car with Air-Conditionning The car which is cleaned everyday and has air-conditioning is just for you, so you won’t be sharing with other guests. Enjoy the comfortable time while the transmit time!
  3. Exclusive Japanese Speaking GuideOur Japanese speaking guide with a yellow uniform who has governmental certificated license will come to pick you up with a driver. Please, ask him any questions you have!
  4. Shopping at Convenience Store or SupermarketShopping at Convenience Store or Supermarket You can choose a convenience store or a supermarket for shopping to buy drinks, mosquito cream, beach sandals, snacks, shampoo and so on. (If you are arriving with midnight flight, it will be at a convenience store.)
  5. Exchange Center with a Great RateWe cannot recommend exchange at the airport due to the unreasonable rate. (Check out the rate when you get there, you will be surprised at the differences of the rates.) Our guide will take you to the exchange center which offers a great deal and is open until 9:00pm. Please, check the total amount of money you exchanged on your own there! (this service is not available if you are arriving with a midnight flight.)
  6. Book the Optional Tour with the Discounted PriceAny discounted prices are not available to book the optional tours after your arrival, except the case you are using First Day Plan. If you are interested, please ask your guide for more details.

Choice of Meal at Kemangi RestaurantIt includes a meal at Kemangi Restaurant in Plaza Bali. you can choose from 2 types and it can be changed to Indonesianmeal with additional $7.（it will be a Bento box of McDonalds if you are arriving at midnight.）　Each one can choose one menu from the choices.

  2. spaBooking Spa on Your First DayIt is not usually available to book spa courses on the First Day due to the possibility of the flight delay, but it is available only for customers of First Day Plan.   3. Free Cellphone RentalFree Cellphone RentalFree rental of a body of the cellphone is available for the guest of First Day Plan. Please let us know in advance, then our Japanese Speaking guide will bring it for you. ￥4,000 is required as deposit.
