About Payment
- All rates shown on our home page are tax-included. We do not receive commission for booking from customers.
- We ask on-site payment on the day of booking, however, for some menus, we require transfer payment. Please pay the charge for transfer money.
- Please prepare the currency that is shown on the rate of our website. If it’s shown by Japanese \, please pay by yen, US $ pay by dollar, and Indonesia Rp. pay by rupiah.
- Some companies accept payment by the other currency that is shown on our website, however, they calculate the rate of currency by their own basis.
- Each company has different regulation of the payment by credit card. Please refer to information on each menu page.
- Each company had different regulation of Travelers Check (TC), but almost all companies do not accept TC.
About Cancellation after Reservation
- There is no cancellation fee (except some tours or services*) for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation. All cancellations made after 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
- (*) Some tours and services refer to golf, hotel, and Borobudur Tour, etc. which require transfer payment. For these menus, we cannot accept cancellation after received payment. In case of the cancellation, it is subject to 100% cancellation fee regardless of prior cancellation request and we cannot refund money.
About Changing after Reservation
- Changing date or menu of the reservation, please let us know before 5:00 pm one day prior. We cannot accept changing after 5:00 pm because of companies’ open hours.
- In the case of request changing after 5:00 pm one day prior, if we cannot arrange changing and customer want cancel, it subject to 100% cancellation fee.
About Applicant Name
- Please inform both applicant names who reserves our service and check-in name of hotel, if these are different names. Some spas and activities companies directly call hotels and reconfirm reservations one day before reservations. In case of they cannot find applicant’s name on the check-in list of the hotel., there is possibility that the reservation is cancelled automatically. HIRO-Chan cannot take responsibility of the case. Please let us know both applicant name and check-in name.
About HIRO-Chan’s Service
- Driver Service, Recommended Tour and some Optional Tour are offered by HIRO-Chan’s vehicle and tour guide. Our motto is safe and reliable service for all customers offered by private car charter, professional drivers and Japanese speaking guides.
- In case of trouble, for instance, the schedule is needed to be changed because of late of our pick-up or our guides mistakenly give wrong information, etc., we make effort to resolve the trouble as our responsibility and refund a part of the tour charge.
- The terms above does not refer to service by cooperate companies (activity, spa, restaurant, etc.) including our tour. In case of that the cooperate company change schedule on the day of the tour, we cannot take responsibility.
About HIRO-Chan’s Operation Service
- We offer operation and reservation service (response questions, making reservation, checking booking schedule, reconfirm of booking after arrival) for other companies service (Activity, Marine Sports, Diving, Surfing, Restaurant, Golf, etc.).
- We offer the service on the below as operator, however, the service contract exchange between the customer and company.
- HIRO-Chan’s Operator Service
- Response questions and schedule request from customers through process inquire these to service companies for customers.
- After receiving booking request, operate and request reservation to service companies by phone and FAX.
- After complete all the process of reservation, send the conformation form to customers.
- On the arrival day to Bali, check customers’ arrival and send conformation form by FAX to the hotel.
- On one-day prior reservation day, confirm the reservation to the service company.
- HIRO-Chan’s Support (by request)
- Change schedule or cancel reservation after complete reservation.
- Communication support and mediation in case of trouble between customers and service companies.
- Interpret and translate customers’ opinions and requests to service companies.
- We make contract with reliable service companies and work for customers’ safe and enjoyable travel, however, the reservation contract is made between customers and service companies. In case of trouble, accident or injured, we help to resolve problems by offering communication support and mediation. However, we cannot compensate the trouble.
About Responsibility for Trouble and Accident
- Service companies have responsibility for all the trouble and accident during service. However, service companies are local companies in Bali, and the responsibility and guarantee are based on Indonesian regulation, and the compensation differs from service companies. If service companies join liability insurance, the insurance might be valid only the case of service company’s negligence by the trial and the insured amount is not enough in general. It is highly recommended to join the overseas travelers personal accidents insurance.
About Privacy Policy
- We collect customers’ personal information in order to make contact to customers and booking process.
Exception Clause
- We update and change activity contents, rates or information on our homepage without prior notice to provide the latest reports & information.
- All bookings are made based on the guest name (full name) and stay hotel. Please inform us as soon as possible if there are any changes of stay hotel, booking name, hotel check-in name and others. We do not assume responsibility for the problems that may occur if there is no information of the changes to us.
- Except our Driver Service, Recommended Tour, and Optional Tour (Activity, Marine Sports, Spa, Golf, etc.), we operate booking and arrangement but not responsible for service menu itself. In the case of trouble, the service companies have all responsibility. We do not assume responsibility for such trouble and accident.
- We have right to change this "Terms & Conditions" without prior notice.
