Price of Tour
- All prices shown on our website are tax-included.
Vehicles for Tour
- All tours provided by HIRO-Chan’s vehicle are private car. Regardless of number of passengers, we do not sharing one car with other customers. (except Group Tour)
- Some tours provided by other service companies might be used sharing car.
Payment
- Please pay on the day of Tour. Except some tours provided by HIRO-Chan, we ask payment by JPN\. We can accept US$ or Rp. however, We calculate the rate based on the day’s official exchange rate, however, we also add commissions by our own basis. Please understand our payment system before you book.
Cancellation after Reservation
- There is no cancellation fee for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation.
- All cancellations made after 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Pick-up Place
- Our guide or driver pick you up. （The uniform of Guide & Driver）
- If it is the pick-up place is your hotel, please wait at the lobby of hotel.
- Please ask us if you want to request pick-up at other place but the hotel.
Attention to Participating Tour
- Recommended Tour and some Optional Tour are offered by HIRO-Chan’s vehicle and tour guide. (*1) Our motto is safe and reliable service for all customers offered by private car charter, professional drivers and Japanese speaking guides.
- In case of trouble, for instance, the schedule is needed to be changed because of late of our pick-up or our guides mistakenly give wrong information, etc., we make effort to resolve the trouble as our responsibility and refund a part of the tour charge.
- We cannot refund in case of abbreviating tour schedule or finishing tour to go back to hotel by request from customer.
- The terms above does not refer to service by cooperate companies (activity, spa, restaurant, etc.) including our tour. In case of that the service company change schedule (*2) on the day of the tour, we cannot take responsibility.
- Please check pick-up time and place. In most of the case, you share car with other customers, and the car cannot wait late customers. If you cannot attend the tour due to late pick-up time, it is subject to cancel on the day and 100% cancellation fee.
- (*1) The tours below are provided by service companies and we only operate and booking tours.
- Helicopter Charter, Harley Rental, Rafting + Practice Diving, Rafting + Elephant Safari, Marine Sports + Dinner Cruise, Waterbom Package Tour, Spa Cruising, VIP CourseⅠ＆Ⅱ, Homeymooner VIP CourseⅠ＆Ⅱ, Negara Jegog Tour, Bali Zoo + Horse Riding
- (*2) The case is as the below.
- Participated to “Tanah Lot Temple Kecak Dance Tour” however, the dance was closed because of rain by the decision of dance sponsor.
Entrance for Besakih Temple
- Besakih Temple is called “the mother temple” and known as the most important temple in Bali. We can bring you to the entrance of the temple, however, there is the local regulation that only the special guide can guide into Besakih Temple. Therefore, our guide cannot enter Besakih Temple and stand-by at the entrance.
- Customer can hire the special guide and go into the temple with your responsibility, however, we do not recommend it because there are many problems such as required to pay expensive fee for the special guide after sightseeing.
- We cannot responsible for the trouble between customers and the special guide.
