Price of Surfing
- All prices shown on our website are tax-included.
- Due to service companies’ regulation, price would be changed without notice.
Cancellation
- There is no cancellation fee for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation.
- All cancellations made after 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Activity on the Rainy Day
- If it is rain, Service Company decides whether holding the tour or not. In case of the cancellation of tour due to the bad weather, Service Company gives us information on the day and we call to the hotel room of customer.
- Payment is not required in case of service company decide to close the tour because the system of payment is on-site. However, in case of customer ask cancellation on the day because of bad weather, etc., it is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
- In case of close the tour because of shot of applicants, bad weather, and traffic condition, etc., each service company has responsibility to refund. Except HIRO-Chan’s own tour, we do not assume refund.
- It is possible to arrange the day of tour again, depend on the day of reservation, it might not be able to arrange.
Pick-up Transfer Service
- For pick-up transfer service of activities, service company offer pick-up service from hotel.
- Please check pick-up time and place. In most of the case, you share car with other customers, and the car cannot wait late customers. If you cannot take spa treatment due to late pick-up time, it is subject to cancel on the day and 100% cancellation fee.
- You cannot stop by for shopping on the way. It is possible to get off the car on the way back to the hotel, however, you need to find another transfer by yourself.

Surfing Guide
- Recently, we had trouble that one surfing guide from other company mistakenly pick-up our customer. Our surfing guide operated by us pick up customers with wearing PT. HIRO-Chan surfing T-shirt, so please check when you meet the surfing guide at your hotel. In case that you mistakenly join surfing offered by other company but do not join our surfing, we might require cancellation fee. Please make sure the surfing guide belong to our company.
- Our surfing guide gives the formal receipt with HIRO-Chan signature and stamp. If you cannot receive the receipt, please call us.

Practice Surfing
- Practice Surfing usually hold at Kuta Beach.
- There is no changing room at Kuta Beach. You need to change clothes in the car before and after surfing. Please wear your bathing suit before you leave hotel.
- There is outside water shower. However, you cannot use soap or shampoo, so just lines seawater.
