Price of Spa
- All prices shown on our website are tax-included.
- Due to service companies’ regulation, price would be changed without notice.
Booking Spa for Arrival Day
- We ask transfer payment for the booking spa on arrival day. We calculate price from rate on the day and booking is completed after transfer money. Please pay transfer charge by yourself.
- We cannot accept cancellation after received payment. In case of the cancellation because of delay of arrival, it is subject to 100% cancellation fee regardless of prior cancellation request and we cannot refund money.
Booking Spa in General
- There is no cancellation fee for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation.
- All cancellations made after 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Pick-up Transfer Service
- Spa pick-up transfer service is offered by each spa, and pick up at hotel and transfer to spa.
- Please check pick-up time and place. In case of sharing car with other customers, the car cannot wait late customers. If you cannot take spa treatment due to late pick-up time, it is subject to cancel on the day and 100% cancellation fee.
- Spa’s pick-up car might take the route from hotel to hotel in each area. Therefore, depend on the hotels, pick-up time might not be on-time.
- You cannot stop by for shopping on the way. It is possible to get off the car on the way back to the hotel, however, you need to find another transfer by yourself.
- Sometimes, spas change price, menu, and treatment time, etc. without notice, In such case, the spa has all responsibility. HIRO-Chan cannot assume these complain or refund.
