Reservation

• We require transfer payment 1 month before check-in date for hotel booking. We confirm the reservation after we receive payment, therefore, we cannot accept booking request if your departure date is closer than 1 month.
• We do not accept 1 night booking. We can accept request at least 3 nights booking.
  (Depend on the hotel sometimes requires more than 3 nights. Please check when you apply.)

Cancellation

• We offer special price for hotel, we cannot accept cancellation after reservation. In case of cancellation, it is subject to 100% cancellation fee after transfer payment and we cannot refund. Please understand it.
