Reservation

• For the special price of golf, we require transfer payment 1 week before departure date. Please pay transfer fee.
• We offer special price for golf, we cannot accept cancellation after reservation. In case of cancellation, it is subject to 100% cancellation fee after transfer payment and we cannot refund. Please understand it.
• About our pay transfer service, according to our terms and conditions of Driver Service, extended hour extra charge is required in each hour, in case of over 8 hours during leaving time to arriving time to hotel. (Detail of extra charge for each car type)
• Our pay transfer service is only offered from hotel to golf course and golf course to hotel. You cannot stop by for shopping or sightseeing on the way.
• The car type might be changed depend on the number of guests and golf bags. Accordingly, maximum number of passengers, car type, and price might be changed.
• Each guest has to bring one golf club. For example, 2 guests want to play golf and bring 1 set of golf club, guests need to rental one more set. You cannot share one set of golf club with other guests.

Golf on the Rainy Day

• If it is rain, Service Company decides whether holding the tour or not. In case of the cancellation of tour due to the bad weather, Service Company gives us information on the day and we call to the hotel room of customer.
• When golf companies decide to close the play, in most of the case, they issue the voucher with term of validity and change the playing date in another day. (Please ask detailed condition of gold paly.) Each Service Company or HIRO-Chan cannot refund playing fee.

Pick-up Transfer Service

• For pick-up transfer service of activities, service company offer pick-up service from hotel.
• Please check pick-up time and place. In most of the case, you share car with other customers, and the car cannot wait late customers. If you cannot take spa treatment due to late pick-up time, it is subject to cancel on the day and 100% cancellation fee.
• Diving Company’s pick-up car might take the route from hotel to hotel in each area. Therefore, depend on the hotels, pick-up time might not be on-time.
• You cannot stop by for shopping on the way. It is possible to get off the car on the way back to the hotel, however, you need to find another transfer by yourself.
