Price of Driver Service
- All prices shown on our website are tax-included.
- Driver Service price includes rental fee of vehicle, fee for driver, fuel, and insurance for vehicle.
Payment
- Please pay on the day of Driver Service. Please prepare the price shown on our website, JPN\. If you need change or pay by other currency, please let us know beforehand.
- We cannot accept credit card payment.
What Excluded on the Price
- English Speaking Guide is not included. You need to pay extra for the guide.
- Entrance fees, parking fees, etc are excluded. Please pay by yourself. It is better to prepare small money by Rp. such as Rp.10,000 note, Rp.5,000 note, etc.
Cancellation after Reservation
- There is no cancellation fee for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation.
- All cancellations made after 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Pick-up Place
- Our guide or driver pick you up. （The uniform of Guide & Driver）
- If it is the pick-up place is your hotel, please wait at the lobby of hotel.
- Please ask us if you want to request pick-up at other place but the hotel.
Pick-up at Ubud area and Distant Place
- If you request pick-up at distant area, service use is 7 hours not 8 hours.
- Distant areas are Tabanan area (include Tanah Lot Temple), Ubud area, Canggu area, around Safari Park area, Ayung River Rafting finish point, and Telagawaja River Rafting finish point.
- Candi Dasa, Lovina, Singaraja, and Negara, etc. are not our service area. We cannot offer Driver Service pick-up to these areas.
Extend Driver Service Hour
- Extended fee will be charged if service hour were over 15 minutes.
- Extended fee differs from car-type, and the 1 hour fee will be added.
- If extend service hour on the day, we ask payment when arrived at the hotel.
In addition, our drivers do not have JPN\ change, so please prepare small money.
Midnight Extra Charge
- As midnight service and pick-up from 23:00 pm to 6:00 am, we add JPN\1,000 charge per car.
- We do not add midnight charge for pick-up during 6:00 am to 23:00 pm.
Car-type including English Speaking Driver
- English Speaking Driver is Indonesian driver.
- If you book English Speaking Guide and the car-type with free English Speaking Driver, the English Speaking Driver is automatically changed to local driver (who cannot speak English).
Car-type including English Speaking Guide
- English Speaking Guide is Indonesian guide.
- For the car-type including English Speaking Driver, we cannot accept the order “without English Speaking Driver.”
Differences between English Speaking Driver and Guide
- Japanese Speaking Driver cannot follow for sightseeing with customers
- Japanese Speaking Driver can speak simple English and understand areas of Bali and sightseeing spots in English, however, they don’t have the license for sightseeing guide. Therefore, English Speaking Driver cannot go to sightseeing spots with customers. Under the regulation of Indonesia, drivers are prohibited to work as guides, so please understand. If you need explanation in sightseeing spots and follow with you, please reserve English Speaking Guide.
- English Speaking Guide do not drive car
- If you reserve English Speaking Guide, one driver and one guide ride on the car with you. The guide do no drive a car.
Luggage and Big Belongings
- If you need to bring big luggage by the car on the day of moving hotel or leaving Bali, please let us know beforehand.
Standard Fee for Entrance, Parking, Transit
- Entrance fee for Temple: Rp.5,000 〜 Rp.70,000 (about $0.5〜$7)
- Parking (per car): Rp.2,000 〜 Rp.6,000 (about $0.2〜$0.6）
- Transit: Rp.3,000 〜 Rp.70,000 (about $0.3〜$7）
Licensed Guide
- All of our tour guides have the Guide License issued by the government. Also, they have “PT. HIRO Chan”name cards on their chests.
Car with Government Permission
- In Indonesia, public cars are prohibited to offer transports or bring tourists to sightseeing places by the law. Our cars have permission as same as taxi for sightseeing.
Facility of Vehicle
- Our cars have air conditioners and all smoking free.
- If you want to smoke, please take your time outside of the car.
Tip
Stand-by of Guide and Driver
- While customers enjoy meal, a guide and a driver stand by in the car. Do not need to concern meal for them. Please enjoy meal and sightseeing by yourselves.
Entrance to Besakih Temple
- Besakih Temple is called “the mother temple” and known as the most important temple in Bali. We can bring you to the entrance of the temple, however, there is the local regulation that only the special guide can guide into Besakih Temple. Therefore, our guide cannot enter Besakih Temple and stand-by at the entrance.
- Customer can hire the special guide and go into the temple with your responsibility, however, we do not recommend it because there are many problems such as required to pay expensive fee for the special guide after sightseeing.
- We cannot responsible for the trouble between customers and the special guide.
Exception Clause
- In Bali, praying and festival are held in some temples every day. Moreover, weather is changed quickly. Due to these reasons, traffic jam is occurred and road is closed without notice, We do not assume any responsibility for the delay of time if there is traffic jam or any other reason during the tour. We recommend planning your trip with enough time.
