There is no cancellation fee for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation.
All cancellations made after 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.

If it is rain, Service Company decides whether holding diving or not.
In case of the cancellation of diving due to the bad weather, Service Company gives us information on the day and we call to the hotel room of customer.
Payment is not required in case of service company decide to close the tour because the system of payment is on-site.
It is possible to arrange the day of tour again, depend on the day of reservation, it might not be able to arrange.
Cancellation Request from Customer
In case of customer ask cancellation on the day because of bad weather, etc., it is subject to 100% cancellation fee. However, there is no cancellation fee for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation.

For pick-up transfer service of activities, service company offer pick-up service from hotel. •
Please check pick-up time and place. In most of the case, you share car with other customers, and the car cannot wait late customers. If you cannot take spa treatment due to late pick-up time, it is subject to cancel on the day and 100% cancellation fee.
Diving Company’s pick-up car might take the route from hotel to hotel in each area. Therefore, depend on the hotels, pick-up time might not be on-time.
You cannot stop by for shopping on the way. It is possible to get off the car on the way back to the hotel, however, you need to find another transfer by yourself.

Notification of Diving

Diving Guidance has the instruction below.

Waiting time to ride on the air plane after diving in No-decompression Limit
・ After Single Time Diving (dive one time 6 hours over after previous diving)
⇒ Wait at least 12 hours
・ After Repeated Diving and Diving for few days ⇒ Wait at least 18 hours
Waiting time to ride on the air plane after diving of Decompression Stop
⇒ Wait longer than 18 hours
There is no complete prevention for Depression Sickness. The instruction above is just general guideline, therefore, please manage and decide by yourself depend on your condition.

It is dry in the cabin, therefore, your body tends to be dehydrated. Dehydration causes bad blood circulation and disturbs discharging nitrogen. Please rehydrate enough before diving.

Each diving agency has regulations to leave a certain amount time after diving before the flight. In case the enough time cannot be left before your flight, the diving cannnot be carried out, so please check with your schedule before you book.

If the guest changed schedule after booking and waiting time would be not enough, diving cannot be carried out.
In that case, it is subject to 100 % cancellation fee, if the guest do not request cancel one day before and cancel on the booking day because of the short of waiting time.

For Practice Diving, male instructors support guests. Practice Diving is the course for beginners, so instructors support all process for diving, such as wearing diving suits, wearing diving equipment on the sea, and diving. During the process, male instructors need to touch guests for diving safety and accidentally touch but not on purpose.
For example, guests wear diving equipment on the water for Practice Diving because back-roll-entry (wear equipment on the boat and dive into the water from the back while holding mask) is difficult for beginners. Under the water, the instructor helps to ware equipment from front-side of guest, however, when it is rapid current, both guest and instructor flow and might touch body.
When you want to apply Practice Diving, please understand about the body touch before booking. Diving Service Company offer safe diving, however, if you have some opinion for their service, please let us know.

Use the service with your responsibility
In case of diving in Nusa Dua, guests change clothes, prepare diving, take safety instruction at Marine Sports Service Company, Bali Coral. At that time, staffs who do not belong to Bali Coral sell underwater photography（Rp.350,000） and movie（Rp.350,000） which they take pictures or movie of guests while diving. This service is not offered by Bali Coral. The local staffs working in the same place as Bali Coral offer this service, therefore, Bali Coral or HIRO-Chan cannot have responsibility for this service.
Recently, our guests complain several times about the underwater photography service, such as “requested taking pictures but quality of pictures was really bad” and “requested only pictures but ask payment Rp.700,000 with movie.” In these cases, Bali Coral and HIRO-Chan do not assume resolve problems. If you want to request the service, please understand the explanation above and apply with your responsibility.

Be careful to be seasickness
When you go to Lembongan Island for Practice Diving and Fun Diving, you need to move from Tanjung Benoa to Lembongan by speed boat. It takes about 45 min., however, the current between Bali Island and Lembongan Island is rapid and some guests get seasickness while on the boat with big bumping. Please prepare medicine for seasickness if you get sick easily.
Ba careful for cut by coral reef, etc.
Especially diving at Lembongan Island, there are many coral reefs around ocean. Sometimes divers cut arms and foot by the edge of coral reefs. Please bring the diving globe as needed. Antiseptic solution is prepared at the counter of Bali Coral.
