Price of Activity
- All prices shown on our website are tax-included.
- Due to service companies’ regulation, price would be changed without notice.
Payment
- Please pay the price shown on our website on the day of service.
- About payment by credit card, it is differ from each service company. Please check each menu page.
Cancellation
- There is no cancellation fee for cancellations before 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation.
- All cancellations made after 5:00 pm one day prior to reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Activity on the Rainy Day
- If it is rain, service company decide whether holding the tour or not. In case of the cancellation of tour due to the bad weather, service company gives us information on the day and we call to the hotel room of customer.
- Payment is not required in case of service company decide to close the tour because the system of payment is on-site. However, in case of customer ask cancellation on the day because of bad weather, etc., it is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
- In case of close the tour because of shot of applicants, bad weather, and traffic condition, etc., each service company has responsibility to refund. Except HIRO-Chan’s own tour, we do not assume refund.
- It is possible to arrange the day of tour again, depend on the day of reservation, it might not be able to arrange.
Pick-up Transfer Service
- For pick-up transfer service of activities, service company offer pick-up service from hotel. Most of the case, car is shared by other customers.
- If you use pick-up service from service company, you cannot stop by other spots where you want to go. If you plan to go to sightseeing and eating at restaurants, please apply to our Driver Service.
- Please check pick-up time and place. In most of the case, you share car with other customers, and the car cannot wait late customers. If you cannot participate to activity due to late pick-up time, it is subject to cancel on the day and 100% cancellation fee.
- Marine Sports company’s pick-up car might take the route from hotel to hotel in each area. Therefore, depend on the hotels, pick-up time might not be on-time.
- You cannot stop by for shopping on the way. It is possible to get off the car on the way back to the hotel, however, you need to find another transfer by yourself.
Accident and Trouble during Activity
- Service companies have responsibility for all the trouble and accident during service. •
- However, service companies are local companies in Bali, and the responsibility and guarantee are based on Indonesian regulation, and the compensation differs from service companies. If service companies join liability insurance, the insurance might be valid only the case of service company’s negligence by the trial and the insured amount is not enough in general.
- It is highly recommended to join the overseas travelers personal accidents insurance.
