Information about Nyepi 2010 (March 15 to 17）
Nyepi in this year is March 23rd!!
Nyepi is the New Year of Bali Hinduism according to Saka calendar. On the day of Nyepi, the transportation systems of Bali will be closed including the airport, land, sea, and road. All the regulations of Nyepi apply to foreign tourists, therefore, it’s prohibited to go out from the hotel, and all activities are not held on the day. In addition, around the day of Nyepi (March 22 〜24）, most of the activity companies are closed and the heavy traffic jam is assumed. Thank you for your understanding.
- １．Office Close
- On March 23rd, our office will be closed. We cannot receive or response by phone call or e-mail on the day.
- 2. Driver Service
- Our Driver Service can be used in case of going back to the hotel by 1:00 to 3:00 pm on 22nd. (Depend on the area of the hotel. Heavy traffic jam is assumed.) Close on 23rd, and we accept the reservation from afternoon on 24th.

- Our Tours don’t open on 22nd and 23rd. We start from afternoon on 24th.

- Almost all spa, activity, marine sport, and restaurant, etc. are closed from one day before Nyepi, March 22nd afternoon to on the day after Nyepi, March 24th noon. However, it depends on the store, so please check.
